Swimming 1:10:00 [3] 3.3 km (21:13 / km)

MTC Swim Warm up - 300 mix, 4x 50 kick, 2 x 50 scull / swim, 200 pull, 2 x 50 build. Main - 5 x100 fast, 300 pull, 5 x 100 fast, 300 dps, 5 x100 fast, 300 pull. 50 easy
Okay feel but not fast. 1st & 2nd 100's on 1:55. 3rd on 2:00. Core felt better but not full connect yet.

MTC Swim Warm up - 3 x ( 100 mix, 2 x 50 kick, 4 x 25 bk/fr/br/fr) Main set - 500 swim, 4 x 100 desc, 100 mix, 1000 swim, 4 x 100 pull/swim 50 easy.
Shoulders felt go but core got tired on the 1 km swim. 500 m on 10:10, 1 km on 20:50 A bit slow but should be faster with full core
