MTC Swim Warm - 300 mix, 150 kick, 150 pull, 3 x 100 catchup/swim/pull Main set - 200 swim, 200 fast, 200 pull, 2 x 100 fast, 4 x 50 fast, 200 pull, 200 swim easy, 2 x 100 fast, 2 x 50 fast, 8 x 25 fast, 200 swim, 150 pull.
Still just cruising, saving my shoulders. Getting faster though 100 on 1:57, 200 on 4 :10.

MTC Swim Warm up - 200 mix, 4 x 50 bk/fr, 2 x 100 kick with board, 4 x 50 br/fr Main Set - 400 swim, 4 x 100 pull, 300 swim, 3 x 100 pull, 200 swim, 2 x 100 pull, 200 swim. Cool down 100 easy.
Shoulders are still poor bit swam without putting any stress on them. slow speed. best Time 200 on 4 :15.
