MTC swim Warm up - 150 mix, 3 x 50 kick, 150 pull, 3 x 50 catchup/swim, 150 mix, 3 x 50 descending. Main Set - 300 pull, 3 x 100, 200 pull, 2 x 100, 100 pull, 100, 300 pull, 3 x 100 swim, 200 pull Cool down - 50 easy.
Tendonitis in both shoulders but right felt okay after warmup. Left never got good. Slow turns at walls and slow in general. Tried to work on keeping arms close to body on return
