Warm up - 400 mix, 4 x 50 sidekick/swim, 200 pull, 2 x 100 descending Main set - 6 x 100 tempo, 200 pull, 4 x 75 fast, 200 pull, 6 x 50 fast, 200 pull, 8x 25 fast, 200 pull. Cool down 150 easy.
Easy day drafting. Tried to work on my technique.

MTC Swim Warm up - 400 mix, 4 x 50 bk/fr br/fr, 300 pull, 4 x 50 zipper/swim Main set - 300m, 2 x 150 middle shark, 300pull, 3 x 100 descending, 300, 2 x 150 middle shark, 200pull, 2 x 100 descending.
A bit slow likely due to donation and biking yesterday. 300s on 5:47 and 5:54. Last 100 on 1:54. Tried technique change but not sure it was effective.
