MTC Swim Warm up - 200 mix, 4 x 50 sidekick/swim, 4 x 50 easy descend, 200 pull, 2 x100 bk/fr, br/fr, 4 x 50 descend. Main Set - 3 x (100 pull, 4 x 100 tempo, 100 bk/fr) 100 pull, 4 x 100 tempo.
Back was a bit weak so swam at the back of the lane 100 m on 1:50 to 1:54.

Okay swim 400 on 7:45, 150 on 2:50, 100 on 1:52.
