MTC Swim Warm up 400 mix, 8 x 50 sidekick swim, 2 x 100 bk/fr, br/fr, 2 x 100 descending Main Set - 10 x 25 fast, 250 pull, 6 x 50 fast, 3 x 100 scull / pull, 4 x 100 fast, 4 x bk/shark/br/catch up. Cool down 50 easy.
Fast drafting in 2nd spot 50 down to 0:50 and 100 down to 1:45. Feeling front end of my stroke well. Core got tired on sculls and weak for final 100s.

Warm water 1st 400 on 7:53, 2nd on 7:51. So so technique!
