MTC Swim Warm up - 200 mixed, 2 x 100 zipper, 200 pull, 4 x 50 bk/fr, br/fr, 4 x 50 descendinh. Main set 300 pull dps, 8 x 100 tempo om 2:00, 300 pull dps, 6 x 100 tempo on 2:05. Cool down - 200 easy
Form was suspect but got to 1:45 on the 100 but slowed to 1:50 2nd set and down to 2:01.

MTC Swim Warm up - 400 mixed, 200 pull, 6 x 50 kick swim, 100 swim Main set - 400 swim, 2 x 200 pull, 300 swim, 2 x 150 swim drill, 3 x 100 pull, 100 swim. Cooldown 100 easy.
Swam 400 on 7:55, 300 on 5:50. Felt like I was getting my form back.
