MTC Swim with Randy. warm up - 300 mix, 6 x 50 sidekick, 200 pull, 2 x 50 kick with board main Set - 600 free, 5 x 100 slow/me/fast/med/slow, 400 pull, 3 x 100 med/fast/med, 100 pull, 100 scull/swim Cool down - 200 mix easy.
Felt sloppy style. Not sure on arm entry, glide, catch position, head & roll and overlap. Speed was in the 0:55/ 50 range. 600 on 11:40.
