MTC Swim with Randy Warm up - 400 mix, 6 x 50 kick with fins, 4 x 50 descending Main Set - 3 x (100 (25 fast), 100 (50 fast), 100 (75 fast) 100 fast, 300 pull) Cool Down - 150 easy.
Slow today. Best 100 was 1:55. Not sure on technique!

MTC Swim with Randy Warm up - 400 mix, 4 x 50 kick, 200 pull Main Set - 16 x 50 free/back/free/breast, 8 x 50, 5 x 100 steady, 4 x150 pull Cool down - 100 swim with fins easy.
Form was not good. Felt like I was sinking at the back. Core was tired and need to use it more.

Good skate. Legs felt tired to start but lasted fine!

Long ride, especially with big climb up 6th Line hill. Legs were getting tired by end. Strong west wind made riding that way tough.
