Brick Workout after bike. 1 mile on the track plus distance to & fro. Burn - 198 kcal. Run felt good after getting off the bike. Could have gone longer but need to save legs for Mob Match.

Half hour warmup. 5:00 on hard and 2:00 rest at end. DVD #28 Aerobase workout. Run after. Burn -730 kcal. Legs felt a little weak especially right side.
