MTC Swim Warm up - 200 swim, 4 x 50 kick with fins, 4 x 50 drill Main set - 3 x (200 pull, 100 slow, 100 medium, 4 x 50 descending) 200 pull Cool down - 4 x 50 free/back 250 easy
Had trouble changing speed. Every time I added a kick, I lost my steamline and was 0:05 slower. Without kick, need a roll to increase speed. Presently not using my lower core to finish stroke so require more arm overlap. S stroke used to accomplish that in the past but fish tailed. With no kick was able to get to 0:52 per 50 with full thrusters.
