Easy trail run in Bronte Creek P.P. 1st run since hurting right foot last Friday. Felt okay!

TOC Vampire-O at Claireville. Different event without CH. Dressed up as my favourite, a monster, this year with black skull mask and skelton gloves. Never got caught by a vampire and was not zombied. Keep my brain for navigation and it paid off. Nice run in the woods but a bit slow after this morning. Missed 4 controls but was the top with few orienteers participating.

MTC Swim with Coach JJ. Warm up - 400 swim, 300 kick with fins, 200 pull 100 drill Main Set - 4 x 75 ( right arm 25, left arm 25, swim) 4 x 75 (kick underwater 25, back 25, swim) 4 x75 (side kick, drill, swim) 4 x 75 (easy, steady, moderate) Cool Down - 200 back / breast, 150 easy
Felt like I was getting some where early but lost technique by the end.

MTC Swim with Coach JJ. Warm up - 300 choice, 8 x 50 no free / free Main Set - 4 X (150 pull, 2 x 50 decreasing, 2 x 25 no free) 12 x 25, 4 breathes, 3 breathes & 2 breathes. 4 x 150 (50 kick, 100 swim) 50 cool down.

Not sure on my swim techniques so trying variation. Attempting stroke, glide poor, and time about 1:05 for 50. Using no feet and overlap style, faster about 1:00 for 50. Trying to engage core but arm path is bad.

2nd MTC class at Clarkson Pool. Water was cool and lanes still tight. Varieties of 150 m on differing speeds. Technique was way off swimming about a 2:15 100 m.
