Muscles were still tight after baseball! Took it easier on run. Did 2 hill repeats at 16 Mile Creek and 1/2 mile on the track coming home. Picked up the pace to near race speed on the last section. Cool water bath after to try to help muscles recover. Felt okay the day after. Burn -1090 kcal.

Light run after resting tight muscles. Went well though left glute is still tight.

Tried to run but very tight after baseball. Right Soleus never loosened up. Will have to take a few days off.
