Last summer MTC swim. warm 200 mixed, 150 kick, 200 pull 12 x 50 (drill, drill, build, sprint) Main Set - 200pull, 200 fast, 200 pull, 2 x 100 fast, 200 pull, 4 x 50 fast, 200 pull, 8 x 25 fast. Cool down 200 mixed
Technique was all over the map. 200 on 4;05, 100 on 2:05. 50m on 0.55 to 1:00. 25 m on 0:25 to 0:30. Seemed fastest with dolphin kick though I did not feel fast.
