MTC Swim Warm up - 200 swim, 4 x 25 kick, 6 x 25 drill, 4 x 50 build main set - 500 swim, 5 x 100 on 2:10, 500 swim. Cool down drills.
Was able to do the 2:10 pace time easy but did not get any faster than 2:03. 500 m times were slow at 10:40 and 10:45. Tried TI drills 1, 2 & 3 at end. Not great at any of them as I am a sinker.
