MTC Swim. Light swim session. Warm up - 300 mixed, 100 kick with fins, 200 pull Main Set - 16 x 100 on 2:15 Cool down - 150 easy no free, 6 x 25 finger drill, 150 no free.
Stroke rebuilding!! Started from Tuesday's session trying to just get my head higher so as to get a clean downward arm entry and catch. Also trying it get a long body position. On the 100's started at 2:03 but was up to 2:07 by second repeat. Afterwards trying to improve roll and head position to reduce drag and started to down times back to 2:05. Felt good on 8threpeat but lost it after though I was able to hold a 2:05 pace or below. Roll, body tightness, catch and release are poor but I can build on those.
