Easy trail run. Felt good once warmed up but right knee was a bit sore after!

MTC Swim with Coach JJ. warm 12 x 50 free/back, fist/back & kick/free. Main Set- 100 steady, 4 x 25 kick, 200, 4 x 25 fast, 300 4 x 25 kick, 400, 4 x 25 fast & 500. Cool - 4 x 150 pull breathe 3,5,7

Still slow and technique is poor!
