Easy trail run in Bronte Creek Park area. Trails are muddy and slick.

Last game of the winter session. We played on the big surface. Back was tight so skipped swimming. Not too speed but okay. We won the game and the season.

MTC Swim with Coach JJ. Recovery week! Warm up 8 x 50 alternating free / back, free/ breast Main Set - 24 x 50 (4 x (side kick, 6 kick switch, 6 kick 3 stroke, finger drag, catch up, swim all with fins)) Cool Down 200 back/breast.
My back is tight sitting but okay but walking. Not particular fast in the pool as a result!

Easy run around the block. Back was tight and right knee a bit achy but both loosened up and I was able to run nearer speed on the last section home. Burn - 300 kcal.

Weights, Core & Balance 15:00 [3]

Stretch plus weights and core after running. Tried to save back strain a bit. Iced afterwards.

Coached swim with Stewart. Learned my body position is okay just tend to lose my right leg still. More power on front of stroke would help.

Second last indoor class. Hard workout varying cadence and power. My back was a bit tight from Saturday but survived. Still had some power left for echelon section too! Burn - 1100 kcal.
