Swimming 1:25:00 [3] 3.4 km (25:00 / km)

MTC Swim with Coach Stewart. Warm up - 300 mix, 200 pull & 4 x 50 build. Main set - 6 x 50 kick with fins, 7 x 100 swim with fins, 6 x 50 swim, 6 x 100 pull with paddles, 6 x50 free/back Cool down - 12 x 25 finger drill, 100 Over/Under, 100 easy.
Working on left side pull, right breathing. Still have issues to that side. It is very noticeable doing finger drills. Better at fast pace. Pull with paddles 100m on 1:30 to 1:40. Swim 50m 0:50 to 0:57

Throw my back out early in the game so did not have stop and start. Took it easy. No subs!

MTC Swim with Coach JJ. 60 x 50 m Warm up - 6 mixed Main set - 6 fist/swim, 6 weak side breath, 6 side kick/swim with fins, 6 finger drill, 6 pull with paddles, 4 x 3 (deceasing 1 - 3), 8 IM. Cool down - 4 easy.
Left arm and body position was bad after right side breathing. Tried to fix it but with finger drills, the problem was easily noticeable.

Running (Roads) 30:00 [3] 4.5 km (6:40 / km) +10m 6:36 / km
shoes: Brooks Glyercine

Ran around the block. Legs felt dead so did not go far. Likely a result of the hard cycling class Sunday. Very cold outside which may have been a factor.

Weights, Core & Balance (Upper Body and core) 15:00 [3]

Plank, superman, knee bends and arms. Felt good and relatively strong.

Coached swim with Coach Stewart. Bad left arm pull while on breathing to the right side. Left side breathing is fine. Head position too high on sprint sets.

Cycling (Wind Trainer) 2:00:00 [4] 40.5 km (2:58 / km)
shoes: Carnac TRS7

Power cycling workout with Coach John. Power was okay but sweated a ton!
