MTC Swim with Coach JJ. Warm up - 400 mixed, 4 x 100 drill/swim/kick/swim 8 x 25 build/smooth Main Set - 12 x 100 on 2:30. Cool Down 200 back/breast 200 easy.
Played around with style a bit. 100 m 1:55 to 1:46.
MTC Coached swim with Coach Stewart. Tired at start but picked up. Lots of little things that I do may not be correct. May be need some more roll.

MTC Cycle with Coach John. The first hour was high cadence work above my typical 85 to 90 rpm. Second hour was big big gear in sets of 4:00. Pretty tired in upper legs by the finish but my distance was up from previous classes.
