Warm - 400 mixed, 4 x 50 kick with fins, 200 pull 4 x 100 IM Main Set - 2 x 200 swim easy. 4 x 100 ( 1st side kick / back, 2nd 12 switch/ kick, 3rd turn & touch / catch up, 4th zipper / free) 2 x 200 pull with paddles Cooldown - 100 back / breast, 100 under / over 100 fly / breast.
Worked on my catch point but was not sure i had it right.
MTC Swim with Coach JJ. Warm up - 300 mixed, 4 x 75 fist / free, 12 x25 3 drills / free Main set - 600 swim, 4 x100 pull with paddles, 8 x 50 side kick / free Cool down - 200 no free 50 fly/double arm
600 time - 11:45 a bit of the fast side. Arms were may better but feet suck!
