MTC swim with Coach Stewart. Warm up - 300m mixed, 200m pull, 4 x100 IM, 4 x75 build/cruise/easy, 6 x 25 fast Main Set - 8 x 50 fast pace 2:300 Cool down - 300 pull, 10o double arm/breast.

Technique felt good in warm up but was not particularly fast later. Had trouble with head position in fast sets. Seemed to be plowing water somewhat. Swam all 50 on 0:45 though may have gone below once.

Right knee was a bit sore in sprints but scored twice. Lost game. Defense was still a bit rusty with new glove!

MTC Swim with Coach JJ. Warm up - 300 mixed, 4 x25 kick, 200 pull, 4 x 50 drill/swim, 4 x 25 build. Main Set - 500 swim, 4 x 25 fast, 400 swim, 4 x 25 fast, 300 swim, 4 x 25 fast, 200 pull, 4 x 25 fast, 100 swim, 4 x 25 fast Cool down - 300 no free
Arms and kick felt good with nice entry, catch and fingers down through the pull. Starting to get kick into rhythm and head roll more controlled.

Won a game. Nice skate! Back was a little tight to start with but loosened up!

TOC Summer Training Camp hosted by Orion4ik. Sprint race starting near Ward Island. Made a few route choice errors and did not warm up until the finish but fun race.

TOC Summer Training Camp hosted by Orion4ik. Sprint through Centre Island region. Slow start but finished strong. A few control were in dubious places but great course in general. Knees were pretty worn out by the end though I had iced heavily after Saturday.
