A bit a fast but made it. Right knee was a bit sore!

MTC Swim with Coach Stewart. Warm up - 200 mix, 4 x 100 free/back/breast/free Main Set - 5 x 200 descending, 10 x 100 descending 5's, 15 x 50 descending 5's Col down - back/breast easy.

Fast 200 - 3:39, 100 - 1:45, 50 - 0:47 Arm were tired but held up!

MTC Swim with Coach JJ. Warm up 10 x 50 free - Back/breast 6 x 50 15 fast, 35 easy Main Set - 600 swim, 2 x 300m pull, 3 x 200m swim, 6 x 100 pull with paddles, 8 x 50 fast / easy Cool Down 50 back / breast.
Arms were getting tired but still working on technique change. 50 m swim time - 0:47 to 0:50.

Start of summer hockey. Felt good to be back on skates!!

Started easy ride but blew a rear tire and came home earlier. Adjustments required on my old bike also.
