Rode out Lower Base Line to Walkers and back. Felt weird in aero after a week off but nice ride overall.

MTC swim with Coach JJ. Arms felt fine and core relatively strong.

Good skate and we won the game. Hip flexors were a bit tired after 2 weeks without hockey. Legs felt good otherwise but am still a bit tired from the IM.
