MTC Swim warm up - 200 easy, 2 x 100 br/bk, 2 x 100 build. Main - 500 swim, 100sprint, 500 swim, 4 x 50 sprint, 500 swim, 8 x 25 sprint, 2 x 100 easy. Cool down - 6 x 50 br/fr or br. Okay swim. 500s on 10:25, 10:28 and 10:41. 100 on 1:52 some draft. 50s on 0:54 to 0:56.
MTC Swim Warm up - 200 mix, 100 kick, 200 pull. Main - 4 x (75 easy, 25 fast, 50 easy, 50 fast, 25 easy, 75 fast, 100 pace, 200 pull, 100 easy) Cool down 100 bk. Not very fast. Best 100 was 1:59. Most were over 2:00. Glide does not feel good.
