Okay 400 on 8:02, fast 100 on 1:56, fast 50 on 0:58.

Speed okay. 50's on 0:57 to 0:54, 100 on 1:50 to 1:56, 200 on 3:50 and 3:57

Took it easy 1000 in 20:22, 200 on 4:23

Consistent on the 25s. Steady at 0:28 to 0:30, Fast at 0:24 to 0:27.

Speed was better, 600 on 11:40. Trying to roll, glide and pull more.
