MTC Swim Warm up - 4 x 50 bk/fr, 10 x 50 desc. 1- 5, 100 pull. Main Set - 350 swim, 250 swim, 100 pull, 50 swim, 50 swim, 250 swim, 350 pull, 100 swim, 250 pull, 350 build, 100 fast, 50 easy. Cool down - 5 x 50 bk/fr, 100 br/kick easy.
Got speed up to 5:55 for 250 was the best. Started to swim with arms fro 1st 350 but switched to core for the 250. Worked on glide off the wall with turn

Not that fast. Best 100 - 1:53. Descended through each set until 5 in the last set.Slow 100 - 1:59

Slow after being off a week. 800 on 16:15, 400 on 8:15 200 on 4:10.
