Seemed to hold speed well. 100s on 1:54, 1:52, 1:53, 1:54, 1:54 & 1:55.

Okay swim! 300s on 6:00. Not great!

Still not full strength. 200s on 4:00, 3 :53, 3:55, 3:55, 3:56 & 3:58.

Slow today. Core weak 400 on 8:05

Starting to get new technique worked out. Got down to fast 100s on 1:53 & 1:55.

Poor swim. No speed 100 on 1:54 to 2:03. Working on technique improvement but core hook up poor.
