Speed slow but working on shoulders and technique.

MTC swim. Warm up - 200 mix, 2 x 100 sidekick / swim, 4 x 50 descending, 200 pull, 200 br/free Main set - 150 pull, 2 x 200 swim, 150 pull scull, 200 swim, 200 br/free, 2 x 200 swim, 150 pull, scull.
Took it easy to keep shoulder damage to a minimum.

Took it easy. Work on good shoulder motion.

Took it easy on shoulders. Generally both felt okay.
