MTC Swim Warm up - 2 x (100 mix, 100 kick, 100 pull, 3 x 50 descending. Main set - 2 x 25, 100 pull, 2 x 50, 150 pull, 100 swim, 150 pull, 200 swim, 150 pull, 300 swim, 150 pull, 400 swim, 150 pull, 300 swim
Poor technique. Both shoulder were getting sore from tendonitis. Did a 6:05 for 300 m. Terrible!!

Worked on technique. All 50 s on 0:55 or fast, 100s on 1:55, 200 on 3:57. Speed was not great! Poor head position and core connect.

Worked on technique. First 300 m on 6:15, second lead on 5:43

A bit slow likely due to donation and biking yesterday. 300s on 5:47 and 5:54. Last 100 on 1:54. Tried technique change but not sure it was effective.
