Okay swim. Fighting form. Best 25 on 0:25, best 50 on 0:54, 100 on 1:57

MTC Swim Warm up - 200 mix, 200 pull, 4 x 50 kick. Main set - 8 x 100 steady, 4 x 100 desc, 4 x 100 desc, 8 x100 alt tempo/ pull. Cool down - 3 x 50 bk/br, 3 x 50 fly/bk, 2 x 50 easy.
Not fast, best 100 on 1:57. Sticking with bilateral breathing.

Slow are 2 weeks off 500 on 10:42, 400 on 8:32, 100 on 2:10 bk/br on 1:50
