Speed okay 200s on 3:43, 3:44, 3:46 & 3:50.

Speed okay 300's on 6:15, 5:57 & 5:57. 400's on 7:56 and 7:49

MTC Swim Warm up - 2 x ( 200 mix, 4 x 25 scull, 200 pull) Main set 4 x 50 desc, 4 x 50 catchup / swim, 10 x 100 tempo, 2 x 100 pull, 4 x 50 bk/fr. Cool down - 300 mixed.
Speed was okay. started 100s on 1:59 but decreased to 1:51 for about a 1:53 average.

MTC Swim Warm up 300 mix, 200 pull, 4 x 50 catchup board, 4 x50 desc. Main set - 2 x 250 pull, 10 x 50, 5 x 100, 500 swim. Cool down 200 easy
Okay swim. Held 100s at 1:55. Poor on the 500 at 10:10.

MTC Swim Warm up - 3 x 100 mix, 4 x 50 sidekick swim, 4 x 75 scull swim, 4 x 100 desc. Main - 800 long, 2 x (4 x 50 desc), 4 x 100 pull, 400 long Cool 2 x 50 bk catchup swim
Started okay but lost form. 800 on 15:50, 400 on 8:00.

50 easy
Okay on speed 50 on 0:54, 250 on 4:44 & last 100 on 1:54

MTC Swim Warm up - 2 x 100 mix, 2 x 100 pull, 2 x 100 bk/fr, 4 x 50 desc. Main - 500 swim, 5 x 100 pull/swim alt., 4 x 50 catchup / board, 4 x100 desc, 400 swim. Cool 8 x 50 bk/fr, bk/fr, 50 easy
Technique seemed a bit better. 500 on 9:49, 100s down to 1:49. 400 sucked on 8:10 but googles leaked. Started to find head position in warm up.
