MTC Swim with Coach Stewart. Warm up - 400 mixed, 2 x 75 kick right, left and back, 2 x ( 3 x 50, back/free, breast/free, free) 2 x 75 kick no fins. Main - 200, 2 x100 easy/cruise, 2 x50) Cool down - 200 swim with fins 4 x50 back/free & 50 fly/breast
Shoulders were still stiff and inflexible. Kicking has not improved!

MTC Swim with Coach JJ. First fall swim, working on technique. Pool was full Warm up - 400 mixed, 12 x 50, 4 fee/back, 4 drill free, 4 free 12 x50 with fins 2 side kick, 2 - 6 switch kick, 2 - 6 switch 3 strokes, 2 finger drag, 2 fist and 2 free smooth Main - 2 x (200 pull, 100 free, 4x25 free) Cool down 100m breast / back 50 fly breast.

Shoulders were tight and fly rotation was tough!

Arms were tired after swimming and knees tight after weekend.

Turkey Trot Long Course. Started okay but had trouble later on with Bingo controls and lost confidence in the map. Need to be more disciplined! Joints a bit sore after yesterday. Still on Singulair so that may be part of it!

Finished 7th out of 16 teams so played in the Championship division. Very windy in Brampton and col as a result. We lost our 3 games but it was close in a few. Too many defensive holes for just an average batting team. Pitching was problematic in higher winds! Joints a bit tired after.

Long run around Oakville. Muscles seemed to be out of sync, perhaps from the Singulair. Either that or I may getting slow. Perhaps left over effects from the Predisone also.
