Form was not good. Felt like I was sinking at the back. Core was tired and need to use it more.

200 on 3:45, 150 on 2:50, 100 on 1:50. Lost speed as I went on. Not sure of the cause.

400 on 7:35, 300 on 5:45, 200 on 3:50, 100 on 1:53 Okay swim, seemed to get core transfer until legs sank. Tried to tuck head and kick, glide off wall a bit.
