MTC Spin with Coach Steve. Recovery ride with intervals. Forgot to start HR monitor until 1/2 way through. Legs fell good and was hitting speeds in the 28 to 30 kmh in some intervals. After O-racing yesterday, I was pleasnatly surprised with my strength. Burn - 281 kcal for 35 minutes.
