Thought I'd get some last minute O time in before Oz Champs.
World's slowest O race. Steep and full of scratchy stuff. Didn't even crack 10:00/km on the Garmin. But still a well set little course for the area.

Another Parkrun BP!!! :-)
Felt pretty tired at the start, then my mind was on a lose (but not undone) shoelace from about 1.5km mark. Never undid itself luckily.
Then tasty breakfast with Katelyn & Peter at the usual coffee shop... where my salmon + poached eggs came out much quicker than Katelyn & Pete's tea & coffee... go figure.

Opened up the OQ calendar to see where Night Nav was only to find the season was already over. Only made it to 2 events this season... season pass was not so good value for money. Thanks for keeping me away from home nearly every Wednesday, Fuji Xerox!
So instead, I headed down to SMT with Mark and Anna for more interval pain. Was a little quicker this week, probably since I hadn't just smashed out 30km on the previous weekend (although the weekend of organising, driving, setup, pack-up was pretty exhausting)
