ran the state league despite it being cancelled (don't get me started about that). 3.5k run into the area due to bogged roads then a 6k course through awesome terrain (this is my new favourite map). knee was fine quite tired though, very pleased with technique. keen to get into a good rythm of training now, after a stuttery return from Tas.
to summarise my runs in Tas after looking at the splits, i'm really happy with my raw running speed and stamina, my nav was good generally but it's the secondary things that i was dissapointed with: route choice, terrain strength and hills.
