felt terrible today, light headed, no energy etc. struggled around a long course. had to sit down and have a breather at 12 before heading out on the long leg.

night-O control picking at campbell park. wasn't that flowy as you'd expect without controls, need to pay attention to my compass!

Aranda grass with the crew in heavy conditions.
2x3k with 1k jog between. obseletely stuffed now, need to do more of these long winded efforts. Tim Tams and Coke fixed me up though.
