Got to catch up with BlondieTooms today for a nice run through bold park. We took off from bold park pool and headed over to the real bold park to have a look at the fire damage. Beautiful morning for a run as it wasnt hot and the ground underneath was nice and firm from the recent rain. Saw the burnt out section which didnt seem to be that bad and then we headed back via the pine forest and also Reabold hill.

Achieved my goal of running just under an hour. Went back to Tooms's parents place to do business and then was luckily enough to be treated to lunch and cake!

Felt good first 2km then went into a awful zone before picking it up again around the 5km mark

jumped onto the rower to kill 10min. Got going and decided to hold a pace around 1.55/500m. Upped it after 1200m and ended up wiht a time of 7.34.

Weights and cardio session with also a 20min intervals session.
