Rode to work today on the mtb as i am unable to ride it this weekend due to a trip to the alpine country. Bike ride was fun but the legs were feeling last nights session so i couldnt blast it to work like Tricky does.

long run tonight as i had some soreness in the knee from monday night which meant i had to postpone the run yesterday. good run tonight with the first 5 done in 25min and the second 5 in 23min.

Karl and I on this ride plus some other shadow rider that seemed to just hover on our back wheels. I thought it was andre as the guy went past on both sprints but it turned out to be Shanel.

Big issue with traffic lights today and my left shoe. Dont know if they were related but boy they both annoyed the poo out of me.
