Event: Anaconda Adventure Race
 

Rode with Dad from Mt Henry Bridge to South Perth Foreshore and back. Saw the F18 Hornet buzz the city for over 10min. Unbelievable in what the pilot achieved at such low altitude. It came fromt he east over the river towards the narrows before throwing the nose up so that it was travelling forward in a stall position before powering into a full vertical over the bridge. It just about caused a five car pile up on the bridge as the traffic came to a standstill!!

Ran with dad around the bridges.

Rode from Bidgar via nanga, camp Kellly and dwellingup before arriving at Marringup. Highlights of the day. Out rode everyone on the climbs!, set the fastest downhill of the day 46.3km/hr, saw 2 terrific stacks in fron of me and punched out a lap of the short loop at marringup after dark using the ayup lights. Lowlights, stopping so much and also not being a ble to shake Rik off my tail whilst punching out a hard lap of the long loop at marrinup, He rode extremely well.

Bumped into Jim Mann riding with a nother bloke just near dwellingup. Amazing who u can meet out in the middle of nowhere.

rode from willowdale to Bidgar shelter on the munda bindi trail. Support vehicle arrived with trailer after half an hour. Discovered side door on trailer had sprung open 3km from campsite and had lost a 5 kilo gas bottle. I rode back the track until i found the gas bottle and then rode back 1 handed to campsite just before thunderstorm hit!! Ride today was mostly flat and boring. Pushed a few students along that were flagging behind.
