9 AM

hiking 2:26:27 [1] 6.6 mi (22:11 / mi)

AMC hike in Valley Falls and Belding led by Hob and Deb. Slow pace with lots of stops along the way. Ended at the McConville's barn for mulled cider and a bite to eat.

6 PM

orienteering race 36:46 [2] 2.0 km (18:23 / km)

Short night O at Ratlum Mtn. Lost 5:25 on #13 which was the only control I tried to run to. Typical performance.
