305 played dead just after turning it on. sat in the cradle all night so no reason not to go to work today. what's a little rain anyway. so no track recorded and I am having trouble uploading a gmap pedometer generated gpx file.

I also need to learn how to combine multiple gpx files into one google map for a project I am working on.

new cleats on the shoes finally. not that I needed them for this flat untechnical ride, but I have been forgetting to do it for the last couple rides and my feet keep slipping out.

short on the first control. long way from trail and more rocks than I expected. bad route to 3 going straight. drop to trail probably faster. running and reading OK after that.
been wearing my prescrip glasses to run in. weather has been good so no trouble seeing the map. 46 days to new eye.
