warm up run from home to the quad...to join the running club monday run

running long (trail run) 49:00 [3] 6.0 mi (8:10 / mi)

Run from quad to the arboretum....along the trails to some point and return....
went thru the floating bridges along Lake Washington...which were super muddy and watery....so I got very dirty after returning to the quad

Running in the rain, and fun in the mud~

running 5:00 [3] 0.55 mi (9:06 / mi)

Cool down run from red square back home

Team Trials Long... not so satisfactory run....mainly in the physical sense......more updates later

Team Trials Middle....Not physically strong enough, with excessive hesitations.....thought as a good run....but was actually very slow...

Team trials sprint....smooth with some minor mistakes....not running fast enough!!!!!!!!!
