Strava called this 3:17, but i swear it just lops off all the time that I spend in steep terrain as i thinks I'm not moving. I usually only log strava times so I cut out the snack breaks, etc, but today, I didn't really stop too much so I'm going with watch time.

It was a bit of a haul from the Nordic centre, up through Grassi, and then up Ha Ling with a 10lb barbell. I would be lying if said I didn't regret it at times, but the actual truth is that I just wished it was made of chocolate.

The trails were wet, sloppy, and very slushy down low. I spent the entire run with soaking wet feet. And it rained. And the snow was isothermal. But it was nice and warm! :)
