5 Peaks Sundre!
Felt okay. Not my ideal course: open, non-technical, grassy hills. Good fast course and two women who are better at that kind of stuff came out on top. Congrats to MrPither who ripped it up!

Recovery run with MrPither around the nordic centre. Also gave the lungs a workout because we had to keep yelling to scare off the bear that was apparently hanging around.
