Urban run/walk, after dropping off Teddy at doggy day care. Second day in a row of run/walking, so maybe that's why my legs felt even heavier than usual, and I was even slower than usual.

Brighton 5K. Once again, a personal worst! (Last year my time was 38:01) But that was expected. And once again, the course was long. Both of my GPS watches had it as 3.24 or 3.23, and Anne's GPS said 3.24.
Time and distance were measured from the start line. My official time was 12 seconds slower.
Started off running as long as I felt I could w/o a walking break; after that, I tried to do 2 min running / 1 min walking.
I'm skeptical of the 177 max HR. I believe the 133 avg HR.
