Really nice big trail run in Alma. Some serious serious climb. Managed to do the whole thing without stopping which Im happy about. Started slow and felt week but felt really good by the end.

Nice easy morning run.

Core workout at the gym after my run. Did some wall squats and calf raises as well. My shoulded felt kinda funny so I cut it a bit short. Just kept on cracking every time I'd go down for a push up.
