Orienteering race (Farsta) 1:05:30 [4] 7.2 km (9:06 / km) +360m 7:17 / km

Elite GLOF Fasta. Technically felt strong. Just couldn't keep up. Happiness with race: 9/10

Orienteering race (Long) 1:50:38 [5] *** 12.1 km (9:09 / km) +695m 7:06 / km

GLOF Long: Over all, Im quite happy with this long. I felt mentally focused the whole race and didn't make any mistakes over about 15 seconds. Maybe a couple questionable rout choices but besides that I felt good. My big issue is just speed. Physically I am way behind everyone else. The good news is my fitness can always be improved upon. I just need to train train train. Happiness with race: 9/10

Orienteering race (Sprint) 18:43 [5] 2.2 km (8:30 / km) +130m 6:34 / km

GLOF Sprint: Over all not a bad sprint. Mentally felt pretty focused but made some very poor rout choices, especially to 4 and 8. Physically I started strong but died out really early. The hills destroyed me. Happiness with race: 7/10

Orienteering race (Middle) 44:54 [4] 4.7 km (9:33 / km) +250m 7:33 / km

GLOF Middle: Over all, Im not to happy with this race. I started really strong and as soon as I hit the hill on the way to number 4 my legs bonked and I began to loose focus. Was a bit shaky on 5 and 6 and then bombed 7. Lost my motivation to 8 and then didn't think about 9 and made a poor rout choice. By the time I did the map exchange I regained composer and had a really nice second loop. Yet again I think just not being physically strong was a huge factor in this race. Over all happiness with the race: 5/10
