Followed Leslie around the UCB Sprint course. Lot's of activity on campus. A large tent pavilion cropped up overnight. A number of other smaller tented areas are there. Probably won't affect our event.

Along the Bart Tracks for a walk interspersed with some strides. Didn't set a distance on the strides, most about 100m (x 8). These were my first strides since the hamstring strain 7 weeks ago. Felt a bit shaky as expected. A little tightening in that hamstring was the sign to stop the strides and walk back.
